Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations
- You can cancel at any time before your appointment date by email or telephone (info@egsa.org.uk or 028 9024 4274). The cancellation should include your name and the date/time of the appointment
- If you cancel, a 10% administration fee will be charged on your refund
Refunds
- If we are unable to deliver the service we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or full refund if payment has been made
- If a refund is requested for any other reason this will be considered on its merits
- A refund request must be made within one month of receiving the service
- We aim to handle refund requests within 10 working days
- Refund requests should be sent to Ann Osborne, Head of Business Development using the contact details on the website footer
