We have just launched our new Social Media Business Cards. They contain all the different ways you can contact us: from a chat on the phone, to a post on our facebook page, to a tweet on Twitter.
Ask any member of EGSA staff for your card.
What’s that barcode for?
This is known as a QR Code and it should help those of you with smart phones to contact us more easily. It means less typing on your phone which is quicker and more convenient for you. (See our Techie Note for a How To Guide)
We hope you find these cards useful.
Techie Note: Using a QR Code
Ingredients
- Smart phone
- QR Code reader (download form your phone’s app store – many are free – e.g. Google Goggles)
- 3G/WiFi
Use your QR Code reader ‘app’ to take a photo of the code. The ‘app’ will scan the code and prompt you with a link that will take you to our contact page (screenshot below)
From there, simply tap a link:
Hint:
- the telephone number link will call us
- the email link will open up your phone’s email app
- the address link will open a Google Map of our Belfast location
