Key Objectives
- To investigate how ICT and in particular Web 2.0 technologies can reduce the social isolation and social exclusion of senior citizens
- To investigate different teaching methods for delivery of training using Web 2.0 technologies to different groups of senior citizens, including peer-to-peer and intergenerational learning methods
- To develop methods and tools for delivering training on Web 2.0 technologies for senior citizens that is user-centred and user-friendly
- To create an international network of senior citizens through the use of modern ICT tools, in particular Web 2.0 technologies
